Biography

Meghan Ayer discovered a love for basketball and athletics early on in life, playing on local youth teams throughout elementary school. As her passion and skillsets grew, she would go on to play for mutliple elite travel basketball teams throughout junior high and high school, as well as junior high volleyball. As a three-year starter and four-year varsity member for Nashua High School girls' basketball, Meghan was one of the lead scorers and rebounders. Meghan was an integral part of the Nashua Purple Panthers team, becoming a captain in her senior year. The team would go on to earn three State Championship titles during her time there.

A multi-sportswoman, Meghan also ran varsity cross country during her freshman year of high school. Additionally, Meghan trained at Mike Boyle Strength & Conditioning for three years, and trained and conducted strength, conditioning, and plyometric classes at TOP Fitness for three years, honing her health and athletics knowledge and skillsets. During her time at Williams College, Meghan played for the womens' basketball team and worked in the Sports Medicine department, furthering her training in physical health and fitness. Today, Meghan is an avid runner and believes in regular exercise and healthy nutrition as part of a well-balanced lifestyle.
